Your tour begins with a pickup from Tangier airport, port, or your accommodation. Tangier is a fascinating city where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean.

After a short visit to some of the city’s highlights, including Cape Spartel and the Hercules Caves, the journey continues south through the beautiful landscapes of the Rif Mountains.

By afternoon, arrive in Chefchaouen, a picturesque town famous for its blue-painted houses and relaxed mountain atmosphere. You will have time to explore the charming medina, wander through its narrow streets, and admire the unique architecture.

After breakfast, depart Chefchaouen and travel toward the Roman ruins of Volubilis, one of Morocco’s most important archaeological sites. The site contains well-preserved mosaics and ancient Roman structures.

Continue to the imperial city of Meknes, where you can visit Bab Mansour, one of Morocco’s most impressive gates, as well as the historic medina and royal granaries.

In the afternoon, continue to Fes, where you will check into your riad or hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, begin a guided exploration of Fes, Morocco’s cultural and spiritual capital.

The tour includes visits to the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), and the famous Fes el-Bali Medina, one of the largest medieval cities in the world.

Highlights include Al-Qarawiyyin University, the historic tanneries, and artisan workshops where traditional crafts are still practiced today.

Today you travel south toward the Sahara Desert.

The journey begins with a stop in Ifrane, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its alpine-style architecture.

Continue through the cedar forests of Azrou, where Barbary macaques can often be seen. After passing through Midelt, the scenery gradually becomes more arid as you approach the desert.

Following the scenic Ziz Valley, known for its vast palm groves, you will arrive in Merzouga.

Wake early to admire the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes.

After breakfast, return to Merzouga before continuing toward Rissani, a historic town known for its traditional markets.

The journey then continues to the spectacular Todra Gorges, where towering limestone cliffs create one of Morocco’s most impressive natural landscapes.

Later in the afternoon, travel through the scenic Dades Valley, famous for its dramatic rock formations and historic kasbahs.

After exploring the ksar, the journey continues across the High Atlas Mountains via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass, offering breathtaking views of mountain landscapes and Berber villages.
