Upon arrival in Casablanca, your driver-host will meet you at the airport and assist with your transfer. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Morocco’s largest city. If you arrive early, visit the iconic Hassan II Mosque, dramatically positioned over the Atlantic Ocean. If your flight lands later in the day, enjoy a relaxed evening settling into your hotel and resting before the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, depart Casablanca heading north to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. Enjoy a guided visit of the city’s main landmarks, including the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Hassan Tower, and the picturesque Kasbah of the Oudayas overlooking the Bou Regreg River.
Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Admire the impressive gates of the Royal Palace and explore parts of the old medina. Lunch will be enjoyed locally before heading to the nearby Roman ruins of Volubilis, where a local guide will bring this ancient site to life.
In the late afternoon, drive through the scenic Rif Mountains to reach the charming blue city of Chefchaouen.

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Chefchaouen, strolling through its peaceful blue alleys and lively small squares. Take time to browse artisan shops, watch local life unfold, and enjoy a coffee with views of the surrounding mountains.
In the afternoon, depart Chefchaouen and travel south toward Fes, descending from the Rif Mountains into fertile plains. Arrive in Fes in the early evening and check into your riad.

Today is dedicated to exploring Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural heart. Accompanied by a certified local guide, discover the historic Fes el-Bali Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Begin with a panoramic stop to view the city before visiting the Royal Palace gates and walking through the Jewish Quarter (Mellah). Continue into the medina’s maze-like streets, where daily life unfolds much as it has for centuries. Along the way, visit traditional workshops showcasing carpet weaving, brass engraving, mosaic tile work, and pottery.
A highlight of the day is a visit to the famous Chouara Tanneries, known for their centuries-old natural dyeing techniques. After lunch at a traditional restaurant inside the medina, continue exploring historic madrasas, fountains, and souks before returning to your riad in the late afternoon.

Depart Fes early this morning and head south toward the Sahara Desert. Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing cedar forests and rolling hills. Stop near Azrou to see the Barbary macaques and continue to Ifrane, a charming alpine-style town often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco.”
After lunch in Midelt, continue through dramatic landscapes to the lush Ziz Valley, where palm-filled oases stretch for miles. Pass traditional Berber villages and ancient kasbahs as the scenery gradually transforms into desert terrain. Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon.
Leave your vehicle behind and set off on a camel trek across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes as the sun sets. Reach your desert camp, where dinner is served under the stars, followed by Berber music around the campfire. (A luxury camp or 4×4 transfer is available upon request.)

Wake early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes before returning by camel or 4×4 to Merzouga. After breakfast, continue your journey through Erfoud, famous for its date festival and fossil workshops.
Travel along the scenic Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, where old mud-brick fortresses and modern villages line the route. Arrive at the spectacular Todgha Gorge, with its towering canyon walls reaching up to 350 meters high. Enjoy time to explore the gorge on foot and take photos of this natural wonder.
In the afternoon, continue to the Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and lush landscapes. Check into a local guesthouse and enjoy a traditional dinner.

After breakfast, travel through the fragrant Rose Valley, where thousands of roses are harvested each spring to produce rosewater and cosmetic products. Continue through rural Berber villages and pass ancient khettaras, underground irrigation systems still used today.
Arrive in Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa,” home to famous film studios and historic kasbahs. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest surviving examples of southern Moroccan architecture.
Explore the fortified village on foot, climbing to the summit for panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Depart Ait Ben Haddou and cross the High Atlas Mountains, traveling via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters above sea level. Enjoy breathtaking views of mountain villages, valleys, and winding roads.
Descend toward Marrakech, arriving in the afternoon. Check into your riad near the old medina and enjoy free time to relax or explore. In the evening, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fna Square, filled with food stalls, musicians, storytellers, and street performers.

After breakfast, take a full-day excursion to the coastal city of Essaouira. Along the way, you may spot goats climbing argan trees, a unique sight in this region.
Upon arrival, explore Essaouira’s relaxed medina, historic Skala ramparts, fishing port, and sandy beach. Enjoy fresh seafood for lunch and free time to wander the artistic streets before returning to Marrakech in the evening.

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some final free time in Marrakech for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Your driver will transfer you to the airport for your departure, bringing your Moroccan adventure to a memorable close.
